I found a project that I believe we would all like to volunteer for. Its called " Spruce up Hospitality House" Its on 09-12-09 from 9am to 11am. There are so many projects that they have and I think it will be great!! Let me know if you are interested at all in joining

Hello Ladies!!! I was so busy I totally forgot about Volunteering and its so important to all of us. I have called Hands on Charlotte and we need to have orientation. I am going this saturday for orientation and its only for an hour. Here is the website if you are interested. I will also find other projects that we can volunteer for as well.

Thanks for joining!!!!!!!! I have sent out emails to everyone who was interested in volunteering that I was aware of. I contacted Hands on Charlotte and I registered us as a group. I think I have to take an orientation class but I will send an email first before I do that. They have so many volunteer programs that we can do. I was thinking about starting in July because the kids only have 9 days of school left and this month may be crazy with the summer being out and not knowing what program to put the kids in. Let me know what you are really interested in so I can find programs that you can enjoy doing.

Welcome to the Volunteer Group! I would first like to thank everyone who can participate. This is clearly optional and I want to give to the community and I would love for you to help as wel. Toshia and I were out today and we were thinking on how we can help others and I said I want to volunteer. We were boucing so many ideas off each other it was crazy! There are a couple of projects that we thought we can do. Some include the battered womens shelter, womens homeless shelter, cancer center treatment, habitat for humanity, the local hospital, the parks and rec (cleanup) and other various projects. I would love for you to help and give back as well. We know during this hard economic downturn its hard for everyone right now and we dont know how we can be a blessing to others. If you can join please do. It has a great return.
